The edit permissions screen is blank - JIRA Cloud

The edit permissions screen is blank in JIRA cloud. Not all of them, just the one we use as a standard.

my instance /secure/admin/editpermissions!default.jspa?schemeId=10400

Left nav rail loads, but the screen is blank. I can't see what the permissions are or edit them.

We were also experiencing this issue. It may have been because the Permissions Scheme was originally tied to a Service Desk trial which we didn't move forward with, but we kept the permission scheme. Our solution was to copy the Default (or any other) Permissions Scheme and modify that one to mirror our desired scheme, then associate the Project with that newly created Scheme. Then we removed the one causing the blank screen and everything's good now. smile

We are seeing this issue as well but on-prem. version is 7.1.2.
