The collision of terms

Hello,

I am writing you from Czech Republic (Europe).

Could you help me with operations situation, please?

Our company has 30 employees working on 10 projects - i.e. 3 persons per 1 project. We struggle with managing vacations.

We need to see a collision of terms when people working on the same project want to go to holidays. (We need at least one person available for client/project.)

Does any of your many Atlassian products  (not Jira only) can manage this situation, please? We need to see a potential collision.

If yes, at what pricing level of that product are these features available?

(I would like to show it our boss and these features maybe are not available at free version.)
