The backlog has been divided into multiple sprints, some users can see the division, some cannot.

Our backlog has been divided into multiple sprints. Originally there was just one list with all of our backlog items. But now we have divided the list into multiple sections.
Some users can see the divided backlog (which is the intention) and some cannot. The ones who cannot, have the original list of backlog items.

I've checked the permissions but everything appears to be the same. What am I missing ?

Hello @Geo Mukkath

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

Have the users who don't see the division refreshed their browser tabs?

Can you provide screen images that show the differences?

Yes, Refreshing the browser does not make a difference.
Unfortunately I cannot share the screen shots with you.

Have the users cleared their browser cache?

Have they tried a different browser?

Are you positive that the users are all actually accessing the same board? Have you Doyle checked the URLs used by the users who do see the sprints and those who don't?

Do the users who don't see the divisions see any sprints at all for the board?
