Since the 19th of January the Jira boards have not be loading for my account on Chrome. My colleagues do not face the same issue. I was able to access everything properly on firefox.
The page loads, I see the menus rendered, both on the top and on the side but the active sprint board and the backlog do not.
There are many console errors.
Thank you, community.
Cheers
Hi @Christina Galani 👋
It looks like it was raised as an incident with Atlassian, please take a look here: https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/incidents/5j5754ghwmsl
It has been investigated and appears to have been resolved this morning...
The version 3.0.5 of Redux Devtools has been published to the Chrome webstore and we've confirmed it mitigates the issue where classic Jira boards and backlogs were failing to load. We recommend users that are experiencing the issue to update the version in the Chrome extension page: chrome://extensions/?id=lmhkpmbekcpmknklioeibfkpmmfibljd
I hope this helps but if you have any other questions just ask away 😃
All the best,
Laura
Sweet! Thank you 🙌
Best,
Christina

Also it's an issue with this extension (TronLink) chrome://extensions/?id=ibnejdfjmmkpcnlpebklmnkoeoihofec
Jira project board was failing to load in Chrome until I disabled this ext.
