Text colour changing within jira email notification

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Our JIRA email notifications are configured to have White text, with a Navy background. Some of our users have reported seeing purple text on jira email notifications.
e.g
The CSS setting are as follows, which have white text on a navy background.
NOTE: This is only happening for some of our users, it is not consistent.
Any suggestions on why the colour would change?
