Are you using an app for testing or what is your setup?
If you have Zephyr or XRay, you probably just need to train your QA Team on how to use the apps in Jira.
If you are using your own custom configuration, for example, you have a project where you are tracking test cases, you will just need to enable your QA team to have the browse project and create permissions.

@Valerie Knapp yes we do have Zephyr enabled in JIRA. Is there a tutorial the team can follow to understand the concepts ?
