Test Plan automation

Normally in Test plan.We will be adding Test exection test manually.

I want to add some of the Xray test for executions automatically linked to test plan ticket when its created 

for eg-

subtickets that test execution tickets created automatically

1)unit testing

2)security testing

xray test to be added to the above executions

Eg- test ticket ricket | xray test to be added

unit testing.         | test-1111

security testing.  | test-2222

How can this be achieved.I need to link to specific issues with the name.

Please advice
