Tempo hours not updating properly

Hi, 

I have some issues with Tempo

  • its not updating/importing the start date from the Jira issue
  • the start date keeps changing every day (pushed back to one day later.

 

The highlighted period is set from 16/02 till 19/02, but in Tempo it only imports the Due date not the start date

Hi @[deleted]

Tempo Planner is not taking the start date into consideration. It takes the Jira issue´s due date and is working backwards using the original estimate from the Jira issue. Please refer to our comprehensive documentation for this feature.
