We have uses Tempo for a year without any problem.
Appr. 2 month ago Tempo link was lost from left-hand menu. However we could open it using upper menu Apps > Tempo.
Yesterday I could not open even this menu. Instead of opening table with logged time it shows such a page
Please advice how the problem can be solved.

Does the license control require administrator rights? If so, I have a problem because the right person is seek.

This screenshot if from Tempo, Apps and lists only the apps that can be installed on Tempo.
The license information for Tempo Timesheets is shown in JIRA Settings, Apps, Manage apps. To access this information, you need to be a JIRA Administrator and use the cogwheel next to your avatar in the JIRA header.

Can you please confirm that your Tempo license is valid.
To do this, please go to JIRA Settings, Apps, Manage apps and expand the "Timesheets" section. The license information should be displayed there.
In case the license is valid, can you please create a ticket in our Tempo Support system, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6, so we can better investigate this problem.
