Tempo Time sheet is gone

Hello Everyone,

Something happenend inside the settings of Tempo time sheet.

At the company we can't see the logged hours in a timesheet anymore.

We also can't log the hours in the tempo lay-out anymore.

Does someone know how to solve this?

Thanks for the follow up.  Did it just start working again or did you make a change that fixed this?

I made a change that fixed it.

For some reason the setting where on JIRA instead of Tempo.

I didn't see it for some reason.

Can you verify what your time tracking is set to?

Hi Branden,

We use Tempo in JIRA for logging hours on issues.

We use the timesheet for a overview to see how many hours everyone logged.

The lay-out of the logging hours screen is back to normal and the timesheet is gone.

I hope you can help me.
