I have a problem and I don't know how can I fixed it. Because I didn't see a configuration settings about this problem.
We have Tempo plugin and a field is required in Tempo. But some users use Jira's Log Work screen. And user create a worklog with Jira's Log Work screen.
So users can't see Tempo's required field and log time is creating. I tried to find to Jira's Worklog screen but I couldn't.
Can I do this configuration or how can disable the Jira's worklog? Can I use just Tempo's log time?

As work attributes that you add in Tempo are Tempo specific, these fields can not be shown when logging time in JIRA.
To disable the JIRA Log work option, you will need to disable the JIRA log work module.
1. Log in as a Jira administrator and select Administration —> Manage apps —> select Manage apps in the sidebar
2. Select System from the add-on filter list and find the Issue Operations Plugin
3. Expand the modules in the Issue Operations Plugin
4. Disable the "View Issue Ops Bar Work Link" module

Please note that this also requires removing "time tracking" from the issue transition screen (in case you are using this option).

Some users are using "Time Tracking" so we will direct to Tempo's Log Time for effort.
