Hi there,
when I want to log my time in the calender view a popup comes up where I can search for the ticket I want to log my time for.
Then I enter "FOO-7", wait for some seconds... and get 20 different tickets like "FOO-701", "FOO-717", "FOO-712" or "FOO-78". The ticket I want to log time for, FOO-7, is not in the list. So I can't book my time via the calendar view. It shouldn't be that hard to assume that the ticketid entered is the ticketid one wants to log their time for.
How can I convince Tempo to give me the very exact ticket I entered the ticketid for?
thanks
Hi @John Doe
Welcome to the community.
Is FOO-7 still an active ticket in the system?
Or juste enter FOO-7 and confirm.
Hey @Marc - Devoteam , yes, FOO-7 is still active, it is a ticket for general tasks and used quite often.
If I hit Enter after I entered FOO-7, Tempo will use the first hit of the "suggestion list", so in the example "FOO-701"

This. Is. Still. An. Issue. And. So. Annoying. And. Not. The. Logical. And. Practical. Way!
Exact matches first, PLEASE.
Shouldn't be that hard to fix.
This drives any Tempo user really mad.

Logging into Tempo is super-hard exactly because it won't use the text entered for exact search. Can we get a fix for this please / is there a workaround?
