Tempo Account Object

I am trying to create issues via email - using an email server and a SIL mail handler.  We have the Tempo Account - custom field set as a required field on all issue creation. 

I have everything mapped - but I can not find a way to identify the account object and pass that to a variable. 

This is killin me.  How do I find the account object?
