Is it possible to use a template in the description field when creating certain case types?

Good day!
Please note that currently, you can add a template to the description field only in Team-managed projects, the feature is not yet available in company-managed projects.
Team Managed Project:
Navigate to Project Settings -> Issue Types -> Go to the Issue type, you can add the description fields with the default information you'll need on the issue type.
Company Managed Project:
Since we do not have the feature to add templates here, you can try the below workaround or check for add-on in our marketplace.
Workaround-
You can create a custom field for description and use it instead of the system field.
The steps are:
* Enter JIRA, Navigate to Settings -> Isuses -> custom field

We had already a few users that requested this feature and a Feature Request was created in order to get more traction from people that would like to have this feature in company managed projects.
