Hello,
We are using JIRA retrospective plugin, and generally happy with it.
I ran into an issue at assigning of an action item after completing a session.
The session has restricted access by users.
A person from restricted users list is not appearing in assign to team member list:
Note: when creating an issue ticket, I can assign this to this particular person.
What I have done wrong, or what could be the reason that I do not see this person in the drop down list?
Look forward to your support.
Kind regards,
Hans
Hi Hans!
Which app or plugin are you using for your retrospective? I know there are a number of apps available on the Atlassian Marketplace for retrospectives.
The answer to this question is likely to be specific to the app you're using.
Reaching out directly to the company who provides the app is often the fastest way to get accurate support.
Henri, Support Engineer @ Easy Agile
Hello Henri,
Thanks. You are correct.
The plugin is: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218860/agile-retrospectives-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview
I will reach out to them directly.
Thanks, and regards,
Hans
