Tasks \ Stories not inheriting the theme from the parent Epic in Portfolio 2.0 ? Edited

When adding Tasks \ Stories to the scope of the Portfolio plan, themes related to epic of which the Tasks \ Stories are children, aren't inheriting the theme.

One would have to manually update each additional Task \ Story when the scope changes ?

Is there a configuration that I'm missing that needs to be set to ensure that the theme is set for the additional Tasks \ Stories ?

Hello Johann,

I had the same problem.  There is no solution in portfolio today.  You can see my conversation with a atlassian employee here:

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/JIRA-questions/Portfolio-Themes-not-propigating-for-new-issues/qaq-p/612222

I've also found this feature request already logged in the Atlassian request database here:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JPOSERVER-1608?jql=text%20~%20%22portfolio%20themes%22

vote is up if you want it done =-)

Thank you Phillip, I've voted for the feature.
