Tabs created on the screen is not visible in minimized screen mode

I have a screen for capability which is divided into 2 tabs.

When i open the issue from the project board, it opens the issue in a minimized window and does not show the tab.

When i open the issue in full screen mode via the search results/by clicking on the issue key - it displays both the tabs. 

Is there any recent changes that has been rolled out? Please clarify.

It should be visible, maybe you have some script runner scripts running? like this one hiding tabs?

I've tried and seems to be working fine even with some long tab name on creation and view
