System fields translation on JIRA Cloud

Hello,

Our default language on JIRA Cloud is French, because we created the JIRA in our office of Montreal.

Now we have a team at Ottawa that is using our JIRA, but this team only speaks english

 

I have translated everything, but I'm stuck with the system fields. The Ottawa team is facing "Lien d'épopé" instead of "Epic Link".

 

Is there anything I can do in order to have both language applied depending on the user language?

Any update on this, we have the same issue with mixed language on our Jira Cloud instance

Hi Adrien,

Each user select his default language for Jira when he first login.

Each member in Ottawa should have chosen "English" if they see French, each user should change his language settings in Jira.

To choose a language:

  1. Choose your user name at top right of the screen, then choose Profile.
  2. In the 'Preferences' section, click the edit icon  at the top-right to open the Updated User Preferences dialog box.
  3. Select your language from the Language drop-down list.
  4. Click the Update button.

Thank you for your answer, but this is not related to the user language unfortunately. I cheked with the Ottawa team and their language is set to English, but the Epic Link labl is displayed in french
