Synchronize my Github Repo with my JIRA Project

Hey,

is it possible to synchronize my Github Repo with my specific JIRA Project ?

So if i create a new Issue in my JIRA Project this issue should be visible in my Github Repo and reverse.

And commits of my github Account should be inserted to my JIRA Project.

Is there any little Video Tutorial about how to configure JIRA ?
