I am looking for a Data Center app that allows someone to log in using there CAC/PIV card and pin.

For those not familiar with CAC/PIV, they are chips on an ID card that have certs embedded on the chip. They are widely used in Federal agencies. You insert your PIV card into a slot on the laptop or device and then use a pin that unlocks the cert and provides authentication into the device. We are looking for a way to integrate this into Jira for a government agency.
