I have setup a subscription in JIRA (server version 8.22.1), and this subscription is sent to a lot of peoples here (there is more than 1K peoples here).
The problem is that by defaut, the email format cannot contains custom information.
I wish to add some instructions to the email, because I suspect that nobody know what it is, what they have to do, and what is the purpose. Sending an email with a simple list of JIRA ticket has no sense.
So, do you know a way to define a custom template for the subscription in order to add some instructions ?
There is no way to customize the native subscription contents. You would have to use a third party app like our Notification Assistant for Jira
