Sprint board closed tickets missing

Zahoor Hussain March 26, 2020

In my sprint board tickets have moved to the closed column where status is closed, however several tickets when status is closed immediately disappear from the Sprint board.

Any thoughts why this is happening and how i can fix it so that all closed tickets appear in the sprint board?

Hello @Zahoor Hussain

Thank you for reaching out.

Per your description, I believe that as soon as you move your Sprint issues to the last column of your board (Done), they completely disappear from your board. Is that correct?

Can you please confirm if you are using a Classic or Next-gen board?

If you are using a classic board, I believe it is might be happening by one of the following reasons:

1 - The filter of your board is configured to remove the resolved/done issues

  • Navigate to your board > ... > Board settings > General
  • Check if your board filter is not filtering the resolved/done issues from the board
  • P.S: under Board settings > Columns, check if any columns mapped to the last column of your board is not being filtered by the board filter.

2 - A swimlane can be configured to hide your done issues

  • Navigate to your board > ... > Board settings > Swimlanes
  • Check if any swimlanes are being applied to your board

3 - Confirm if a quick filter is not being selected to your board.
