My organization recently upgraded to Jira 8.20.  Since that time my production environment does not show the sprint capacity as it did before the upgrade.  My UAT region with the same version does show the sprint capacity.  I can't figure out what is different between the regions.  Any suggestions?

Thanks, Thayne Munson

Can you check if grouping by the team shows the same issue? When grouping by the team the tool usually shows an error, that it cannot show the capacity, if the issue source of the team is not defined:

Maybe that's the difference in both plans and something happened to the issue source you assigned to a team?

In my environment, I can see, that when the Issue Source is not assigned to a team the tool also doesn't show the capacity of a sprint when grouping by "Sprint". So:

  1. Check what is shown when grouping by Team
  2. Check if an issue source is associated with the team
  3. Associate the correct issue source with the Team in your plan

The missing association was the problem.  Must have got changed sometime during our upgrade.  Thanks for the help :)

I think you need to group by Team
