Sprint Capacity not showing in JIRA Plans (Advanced Roadmaps)

Hi - our sprints are all showing in our Plan, but the green / red sidebar next to each Sprint box on the timeline which indicated capacity / if sprints were overloaded have all disappeared (see screenshot). I can click on each Sprint to see capacity info - but now the green and red sidebar has disappeared I can't see which Sprints are overloaded and which are not. Any ideas? I followed the config and set up options in other articles and everything seems to be correctly configured.

Hi @Jason_Humphries and welcome to the community!

May I know if you have checked the configuration for the Capacity Display option?

Just in case, to show capacity on your timeline: (reference: Enable capacity planning in your plan)

  1. Navigate the View settings menu and group your issues by Team or Sprint.

  2. Select the checkbox next to Show capacity on timeline.

Another scenario I have in mind is about browser or cache issues. Sometimes, browser cache or cookies can cause unexpected behavior. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and reloading the plan.

Let me know if it helps 😊.

thanks Emily! I switched to another browser and it's working fine (green and red on the sprints shows up). I cleared cache on the browser I'm using (Firefox (latest version) on Windows 11) and still no luck. Seems to be a browser issue. Appreciate the response!
