Splunk Alerts to Jira Ops

The Splunk add-on to send alerts to Jira doesn't seem to support Jira Ops properly due to the "Severity" field being required to create an Incident.

Is there a way to alter that requirement on the Jira end?

We've talked with our dev team and currently, we don't have any officially supported Splunk integration.

Hi Jon,

I've checked here for documentation and features related to Splunk + JiraOps, but I didn't find any information that confirms if it works or not.
Splunk has integration with OpsGenie that has integration with JiraOps, but we are not sure if you integrate Splunk with OpsGenie if it will create an incident on JiraOps.
I will search for more information with our dev team and I'll post here as soon as I get a response.
