The Screen "Let's get started" alway ends with "Something went wrong. Refresh your page or try again later." 
Of course I refreshed several times.

What can I do ?

Just for a better understanding of the issue, as a first test, I would like to ask you to open the developer tools on your browser and check the Console tab to see if there are any other errors that could help us identify what is causing this.

Is this happening when you use the other account? I see that there are only two users on the site, so I would like to know if it happens with both of the accounts.

Have you tried to access the projects' page and create a new one?

Are you able to access other pages normally on the site?

Also, did you migrate from Server to Cloud?
