I have a Service Desk project and have recently created a new custom field of type User Picker (multiple users).
The Service Desk Customers cannot use it because it does not retrieve any users.
I have checked that the global permission is granted to them.
But still they don't retrieve the users list.
Sure I am missing something... can you help me?
It depends on how you have setup your JSM project. If you have separated customers with the use of organization and if you have setup your project and customer permissions, so that the customers can only search for other customers within their organization, then customers of the same organization can only view the rest of the organization's customer.
You can change the setup like the following, but all customers will be able to search for all other customers within the project:
But what exactly are you trying to achieve?
Thanks a lot @Alex Koxaras _Relational_
That worked!
It's an administrative thing.
My aim is that the managers of some departments indicate us actions to do regarding users of their departments. Until now we made them write the names of the users. Now it will be easier for them.
So many thanks again!
