Some User are not able to see Approve/ Reject buttons in JIRA email
Hi @Vaibhav Raj , welcome to the community and thanks for your question.
If you go into the project settings for the project, then the Customer notifications tab, this is where the list of emails specific to the Jira Service Management project are stored.
Please check this setting, inside the email notification for, 'Approval required' -
It sounds as if you would like people to be able to approve or decline from the email, without signing in to Jira. If this is the case, you will need to select the second option, instead of the first, as I have highlighted. The above example is for Jira Service Management in the Cloud, but if you are using Data Center or this doesn't help you, please just reply in the comments.
