In viewing our Portfolio list of issues under an Epic some issues are showing up and some are not. The child issues are in a different board than our parent issue.

We tried recommendations from the Community, but nothing has helped, some of the things we tried:
- re-indexing
- editing issue sources in portfolio
- changing issue types of the child issues

Observations: Newly created issues are showing up, but older ones are not.

Hi @Xenia Parker,

We might need to find what's common between those issues that are not imported into the JPO plan.

  1. What's the status? Are they on the Completed/Done status?
  2. Is there any Resolution set on those issues?
  3. What is the issue source of the JPO plan, is it based on a JQL, board / project?

Thanks,
Moga
