I was viewing answers to previously asked similar question. But couldn’t fix it for my case. In my case:
1. Done and Canceled are the same columns in the far right.
2. No sub-tasks are associated with the stories.
3. The stories were moved to the far right columns when they were completed.
Only 2 “Done” and 2 “Cancelled “ stories are appearing on the new Sprint. I did the same thing for all other Stories and they are okay. What is the anomaly in these four stories?
And how do I mark them as “Done” in Previous Sprint? They are present in my current Board on the Done Column. Any help would be appreciated!
There should be an entry in the History for each issue that shows when the current sprint was added to the Sprint field for that issue. When did that happen in relation to the addition of the Fix Version values?
You should also be able to look at the Sprint Burndown for the current sprint and see when these issues were added to it. Were they present when the sprint started or where they added later?
Adding a Fix Version by itself to an issue would not automatically add the issue to a sprint in based on default functionality. Are you using any roadmapping features that correlate sprints and versions? If so maybe there is something related to that feature that caused this.
