Snowflake Export via JIRA App Integration

I have just downloaded the Snowflake app integration on JIRA. I am hoping to get an export from JIRA into snowflake, but I'm coming across what seems to be a configuration error. 

I have the configuration set up (and recieve the green check that the connection is valid through test). 

However, I can't seem to use the snowflake export button on one of my filters: 

I also notice that when I set up the configuration that the "Export Locations" also do not seem to save.. although after I click "Save configuration" it gives me confirmation it does. The next time I reopen the page, it is no longer checked.

Hi @Anne Lam 

Hard to say what is wrong. You should check who is a vendor of this integration and ask them directly.
