I am trying to create a Workflow from Slack to create an issue using a Jira Form.
The channel in Slack is connected to Jira and I can use the command /jira create, that pops up the form, however would like a friendlier way via a workflow.
When I get to the step in Slack Workflow Builder and select Jira, Create an Issue, it asks me to Connect to the Atlassian Account, which I then get the error below.
Have checked all the Slack and Jira settings, everything is connected, so don't understand what else is needed...can anyone help?
Contact your site admin to authorize "Slack Workflow Steps for Jira Cloud"
We're receiving the same error just recently, so something must have changed.
When I look at 'Connected Apps', I can see the Slack Workflow Steps for Jira Cloud is connected, but whenever someone new attempts to make the OAuth handshake, it says that the administrator needs to re-authenticate the app.
Welcome to the community, @Vaishali Patel
I'm certain that the Slack > Jira integration is authenticated and authorized via OAuth, which needs to be allowed by an administrator. Once authorized, it should just work.
