Slack Workflow Integration could not auto-assign based on form submitter

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am using Jira integration on Slack Workflow, where it will create Jira ticket based on the form input. I want the newly created ticket auto-assigned to the person who submitted the form via Slack Workflow.
If I set the Assignee to "Person who submitted the form", it will error out when the Workflow attempts to create a new ticket with error -- "This happened because there's a problem with the information you provided."
Please assist and suggest. Thank you all!
