Hello.
I am interested in what others have done to provide visibility to site access users?
We would like to be able to keep things locked down (only allowing our company domain) and keep our current license structure where only people working in Jira Software have those product licenses. What we are running into is we are satisfied with site access but want people to be able to just read and view dashboards and confluence pages.
It seems like our options are to make things public or pay for more licenses. Anyone have any alternatives? This is a big gap for us that we would love to solve.
Thank you!
Paiton Moon
Hi @Paiton Swaim ,
If you are open to using apps, I believe Old Street Solutions have External Share for Jira and Confluence, which should allow you to share some limited access without adding extra users and without making things completely public.
I believe they have lite versions of their apps, too.
As a disclaimer, I am not affiliated with Old Street, I just like the team there. I am not an expert in their products.
Best regards,
Oliver
