Hey Team
I would like to set up the Signature in Jira like Outlook application. please reach out to me if there is anything help me on this concern
Hi @nagarajan.b, welcome to Atlassian Community. Just so I understand this question correctly, I'll need some more information to be able to assist better:
The tags in your post states "jira-unknown-hosting-type". To answer this question in the best way it would be helpfull if you can find out if you are using cloud or not. There are several ways to spot the difference of which hosting type you have, e.g. navigate into a Jira issue, and;
If it has a details pane with a border, like the one below, its cloud,
if it has a a people pane without a border, like the one below, it's not cloud (i.e., server or Data Center).

Thanks for your answer !!
I have the below screenshot, then it must to configured in data center / server,
Please let me know if anything I can do that

Hi @nagarajan.b, thanks for the update.
Jira doesn't support such signatures out of the box as I understand it. Jira has it's own feature to see details of who commented by hovering over the commenters image or name within the comment itself as seen here
I do understand this is not what you are aiming for and might be limiting for your exact need.
It can still be resolved, though you will need to be a project admin and setup an Automation rule to implement this. Or a Jira admin or project admin will need to do it for you.
Add a signature to a field like Description is not too difficult using Jira Automation, but adding to the last Comment by a specific usermust be regarded as a more advance setup, It's still feasible, but your admin or project admin might not want to add such advanced feature for one single user only.
Please update me if you still want to pursue this subject. I might suggest you don't if this is based on a personal preference only and not a request from your manager or the company.

Thanks for your reply !!
As you informed, I couldn't able to make any changes on Jira board since I am the user only. I need to check with my Jira admin to do this configuration if it can be.
Once Again Thanks for your prompt responsive
