Should I configure outgoing mail in manner to send mail from reporters or assignee's mail address?

Hi Team,

I want to configure the Outgoing mail function in Jira in a manner to send emails from the reporter's or Assignee's email address of the particular issue. 

Could this be possible by any method with automation or script runner or with any kind of internal configuration?

Kindly let me know if anyone has great knowledge about this.
