Setting Up Jira Cloud on a external Admin website

Deleted user May 6, 2021

Good People, Here is what I would like to achieve;

Currently when we have issues, we copy user_Id, email, Contract_ID etc from our admin and then paste these details in Jira. You can only imagine how much information is dropped along the way.

What I would like is to set up ADMIN so that users can open tickets from on Jira directly from Admin and while it's opened, it automatically pulls this information we currently have instead of having us copy things like emails etc

You will need to find or write an app for Jira that can go read your "admin" system for details to be displayed.  Obviously, your admin application will need to hold a user mapping (unless it's using the same user directory Jira is already) to enable it to look up a Jira user.
