Set organization for ServiceDesk request using REST API

Hi, I'm currently creating ServiceDesk requests through the REST API endpoint (/rest/servicedeskapi/request) but I cannot figure out how to add an organization to the request.

I am able to specify non-organizations to be added to the request by setting the "requestParticipants" property in the body of the POST request, but I cannot figure out how to assign one or more organizations. Thank you!

Wow.. pay all kinds of money and Atlassian is SOO quick to respond to customers needing help.

so I concur @Stephen Bates .. Where is the documentation that let's you know where to get this information?  The API's ask for all kinds of fields (No where is it indicated what is mandatory and what is optional) yet they do not indicate how to find this data. 

Here is the REST API notes but as your post points out, where do you get each of those fields?
