ServiceRocket Salesforce & JIRA Cloud Connector Endpoint Urls

Hi Team,

We are using Service Rocket - Salesforce & JIRA Cloud Connector app available in our JIRA Cloud instance.

We would like to connect Salesforce with JIRA using the Service Rocket endpoint URLs.

Like Salesforce & JIRA Server Connector (below are sample end points for this plugin):

https://JIRA.COMPANY.com/plugins/servlet/customware/connector/issue/2/Case/create.action?id={!Case.Id}

https://JIRA.COMPANY.com/rest/customware/connector/1.0/9/Case/003*****/issue/create.json
https://JIRA.COMPANY.com/rest/customware/connector/1.0/9/Case/003*****/issue/fetch.json

Like this above is there any URL documentation available for Service Rocket - Salesforce & JIRA Cloud Connector ? We couldn't find in the available documents.

Regards,

Suresh

Hi Suresh,

Julian from ServiceRocket support here.

In using the Endpoints for our Classic Connector for Salesforce & Jira App, we can refer to the following documentation:

The Endpoints are used to be used as an action button in Salesforce to be sent to Jira. We have examples as well on the page.

If you have further queries, feel free to reach us through our support portal!

Regards,
Julian
