ServiceRocket Connector for Salesforce & Jira - upgrade fails in Sandbox for SF Summer 23 release

Hello,

We are trying to upgrade  ServiceRocket Connector for Salesforce & Jira using the latest application version ( https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N3A00000FKA8EUAX&tab=e version 3.16)
App correctly identified old package version and provides option to upgrade, but during upgrade - installation fails with the following error:

Package: Jira Server for Salesforce (04t6e000002EtFy) Error Number: 1223797236-45606 (283811524)

Problem:

  1. (AutoSyncJob__c) Profile Search Layout: - System Administrator - not appropriate for object 01I9E0000012xFv
  2. AutoSyncJob__c: Profile Search Layout: - System Administrator - not appropriate for object 01I9E0000012xFv

ServiceRocket help has this topic: https://apps-docs.servicerocket.com/salesforce-jira/unable-to-install-salesforce-package-error-profile - but the proposed workaround doesn't help.

By further investigation i have found that this package works fine on current (Sprint 23) version Sandbox, but if the sandbox has been already upgraded to the next (Summer 23) then installation fails with abovementioned error.

Is there any ideas on how to fix this or this is ServiceRocket package installer problem?

Hi @KrisjanisPunculis & @Jayneal Borromeo

This is Danny from ServiceRocket.

A gentle update that the fix for this issue has been deployed, available with the newest version of the Salesforce Package for Server 3.17.

The installation of the package should now be successful without any errors. Do test it out, and shall there be any questions or issues, feel free to reach out to us via our Support Portal or Drift chat.

Thanks & Best Regards,
Danny
