We are using ServiceNow for enhancements and incidents. The enhancement will then go into JIRA as an Epic for the SDLC. I believe with the integration between the tools we could use ServiceNow for the Release Management. With the integration keeping everything together in ServiceNow for the release/deployment. Can this be done?
