Service desk "created by anyone" not listing issues

Hi,

In JIRA Service Desk Customer portal Interface, when I list reqests and choose "Created by anyone" only my own requests are visible. What am I doing wrong?

I got the same problem, did you solve it somehow?

Looks like it just means "Created by anyone where I'm participating"

Exactly, I opened a servce request and got pointed to an issue where they want to rename the option: JSD-3528 Change the "Created by anyone" filtername under My Request.
