Service Desk Add Fields to be Displayed in Details

How do I configure the view of a Service Desk request whilst in the viewer as the assignee to see certain fields I've created to appear in the details pane.

I've got a custom field as a date picker, and would like that to appear in the details pane.

When it comes to Issue view customization, currently, it’s not possible to change the location or order of the sections.

There are feature requests suggesting the implementation of this ability:
