Send an email whenever is version is release with issues linked to it

Hi,

 

I want to send an email notification whenever a version is released with the details of issues/jiras linked like Jira numbers/jira summary.

I have checked documentation but could not find any smart values etc related to release or version.

Hello @Rohit More 

I recommend you create an automation that uses the Version Released trigger.

You could follow that with a Lookup Issue action to look up the issues in the released version.

And then use a Send Email action, using the smart values available with the Lookup Issues action to add issue information to the content of the email.
