Send all notifications from a no-reply account

When working on JIRA users receive email notifications from a unique email address, which is fine, but from the name of the user working on the issue.

For example. If I am working on a issue the from field will look like:

From: Joan Andreu <jira@fogaiba.atlassian.net>

 

This is causing lots of the email handler because people reply the emails.

 

I'd like that the From field for ALL USERS always look like this:

From: NO REPLY <jira@fogaiba.atlassian.net>

 

Is this possible?

Just to make sure we are on the same page, I would like to know if the notifications are related to internal users or customers.

I'm asking because I see that your site has Jira Service Desk, so I would like to understand if you would like to change the outgoing email for system notifications (internal licensed users) or customer notifications.

Also, would you like to only change the "From" name or indeed add an email that can't receive replies?
