Send Jira ticket link to slack thread

Hi Team

We use Grafana-oncall outgoing webhooks to create tickets in Jira whenever an alert is triggered. Grafana-oncall will post a message in the Slack channel about the ticket and keep updating about the ticket in the same message thread.

Now, Is there a way where Jira can send the created ticket link to the slack thread which is created by Grafana-oncall. This way we can both Grafana-oncall updates and Jira ticket links can be found at the same Slack message thread.
