Hi @Ali_Dehghani welcome to the community!  I apologize if there are any translation issues. I found this article to Delete your Atlassian account from Atlassian that you should be able to use.

If you have any issues with that process, you can contact Atlassian Support, as they are better handled to handle that issue.
