I have some questions and would be happy if you have time to answer me.

1. I receive a no-reply email from Jira and "no-reply" doesn't work on my gmail. Why?

2. I had also a message from gmail that images were hidden and after clicking ok it shows me your logo and facebook icons.

What do you mean when you say no-reply does not work? It just means that it would not make any sense to reply to the email as it won't be read.

The message about hidden images has become quite common nowadays in many email applications, to save you time and/or let you decide yourself if you want to see the images (which happens after you click that link, indeed)
