Searching for a Plugin "Days without incidents"

Hello together,

i´m completly a newbie regarding jira! I need a Plugin for a Dashboard with a stop watch for "Days without incidents". I have created a Project for our Emergency-Team (Incidents 2018) and now, i want to track the days regarding without incidents!

My idea was, to track the projectlifecycle without any tasks! When i create a new Tasks in this project the stop watch starts again from "zero days" after the Ticket have a Solution (done)!

I have no idea how i can do this! Have anyone a idea or a solution for my Problem?
