I can see a warning on configure section of board that Some issues in Saved filterwill not be shown on board.

  • The missing stories are usually when primary team on story does not match the primary team on epic.

Hi @khushboo_puri

Can you share the configuration of the board?

This based on your answer to the great suggestion from @Trudy Claspill

As is it still seems that the status is not mapped to a correct column on the board, as you mention "unmapped"

Hi @khushboo_puri
Please check the issue permissions.
Are these issues from with in one project or from multiple project?
check related permissions.

Hello @khushboo_puri

Examine the filter for your board. Do the missing issues match the filter? If not then they will not show in the board.

Examine the mapping of Status values to board columns. Are there any status values in the Unmapped Statuses area? If so, the issues in those statuses won't display on the board.

Can you please provide screen images to help illustrate your problem?

1. A screen image of the Columns page showing the statuses mapped to columns.

2. A screen image of the board pointing out where issues are missing.

3. A screen image of an issue that you think should be shown on the board, but that is not shown. We need to be able to see the issue type, the status, and the Sprint field for that issue.

Does the board show issues from more than one project?

What type of project are you using for this board? Get that information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu. The information will be in the Type column on that page.
